He leads pre-construction planning, constructability analysis, and turnkey project operations—leveraging his dual background in engineering design and field management to deliver accurate budgeting, value engineering, and critical-path logistics on complex island builds.
A recognized leader in structural construction, Charles is responsible for delivering the structural shell of every project. Drawing on 25 years of hands-on experience, he personally oversees complex foundations, engineered formwork, and cast-in-place concrete, ensuring every build withstands extreme hurricane-zone coastal conditions.
Rovelt directs our high-end interior and exterior finishing operations with over 25 years of specialized field experience. He directly oversees all architectural trades—from framing and drywall to custom millwork, bookmatched marble, and imported Italian stone—maintaining the refined aesthetic quality demanded by premier developments like Albany Phase 1.
A 3rd generation contractor with over 20 years of experience across all facets of Bahamian construction. Successfully managed over $50M in commercial and residential builds in Baker’s Bay and New Providence. Specializes in precision estimating, project budgeting, and strict quality control.
With over 30 years of international experience, Robert specializes in large-scale luxury developments. He has managed a portfolio valued at over $580 Million, including the landmark $130M Ocean Club Residences & Marina and the $60M Atlantis Convention Centre.
